How to Add Colored Titles by PvP Ranking?

I ve been trying to figure out how to add a colored title based on PvP ranking, but I can’t seem to find the option. Is there a specific setting, plugin, or command I need to use? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

we have data/pvp_bonus_ranks.xml and you can award a player like you wish.

When a player reaches 200 PvP, their name turns blue.

Guys, please write a list of all possible custom variations. I will add them to the pvp_bonus_ranks system.
Like color name, color title etc etc etc
