1. Missing npc Galate and gate wrap


2. Then finishing That's Bloody Hot! on spawned Galate and finishing Path to hellbound you can enter to hellbound with only spawned 32318 32319 npc id.
3. Hellbound mobs spawned near harbor. all good.

i think u made typo. all files are htm not html so basicly after renaming files started work
data/html-en/default/32314.html → 32314.htm
data/html-ru/default/32314.html → 32314.htm
