I couldn't find a shared solution to this so I made my own and im sharing for anyone looking for it.
Just replace the original ...\system_en\LineageEffect.u with this version.

None, i'm also looking into visually replacing the classic's skill cast bar with interlude's native casting bar which is under the nameplate. Do you know what classes are responsible for this?
