Resolved GLOW EFFECT

For anyone who knows and can help: I have the Dynasty armor sets, and a few days ago the colors for +6, +8, and +10 were working perfectly fine. Everything was normal.

Suddenly, this started happening: in the lobby, the color is displayed correctly, but as soon as I enter the game, the color is no longer visible at all.

Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this?
