Is it possible to change the color of gm at chat window, for other players? I made it to change the name color on player, but i wanted also at chatbox.

Да, ты можешь использовать любые доступные цвета. Для этого нужно внести изменения в сам клиент. Также нельзя выбрать любой aRGB а только существующие (all trade clan command pm ally ..... etc)

Here's a list of chats in the game client. You won't be able to come up with your own and give it a custom color without a serious modification of the game client.
